NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Dillon Valley Water District, Summit County, Colorado, that at the close of business on the sixty-third day before the election, there were not more candidates for director than offices to be filled, including candidates filling affidavits of intent to be write-on candidates; therefore, the election to be held on May 6th, 2025 is hereby canceled pursuant to C.R.S. § 1-5-208(1.5).
The following candidates are hereby declared elected:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an election will be held on the 6th day of May 2025, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. At that time, 3 directors may be elected to serve 4-year terms and 1 director for a 2-year term. Eligible electors of the DILLON VALLEY METRO DISTRICT interested in serving on the board of directors may obtain a Self-Nomination and Acceptance form from the District Designated Election Official (DEO): Angelique Justich admin@ dillonvalleymetro.com 1414 Straight Creek Drive PO Box 3428 Dillon, CO 80435 (970) 306-7233.
If the DEO determines that a Self-Nomination and Acceptance form is not sufficient, the eligible elector who submitted the form may amend the form once, at any time, prior to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28th, 2025. The deadline to submit a Self-Nomination and Acceptance is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28th, 2025 (not less than 67 days before the election). Earlier submittal is encouraged as the deadline will not permit curing an insufficient form. Affidavit of Intent To Be A Write-In-Candidate forms must be submitted to the office of the designated election official by the close of business on Monday, March 3rd, 2025 (the sixty-fourth day before the election). NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, an application for a mail-in/absentee ballot shall be filed with the designated election official no later than the close of business on Tuesday, April 29th, 2025.

Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Proposed Increase in Water and Sanitation Rates
DILLON VALLEY DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held and proposed increases in the water and
sanitation rates for Dillon Valley District (“District”) customers will be considered at the meeting of the
District’s Board of Directors to be conducted at the Dillon Valley Shop, 1414 Straight Creek Drive,
Dillon, on November 21, 2024 on 4:00 p.m. The meeting is open to the public. The Board will consider
increases in the base and usage water and sanitation service fees.
Final action will be taken on the proposed fee increases at the meeting on November 21, 2024. If
approved, the rate increases will become effective January 1, 2025.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED BUDGET
Notice is given that a proposed budget has been submitted to the Dillon Valley District
for the year of 2025. A copy of the proposed budget has been filed in the shop office of the
Dillon Valley District, located at 1414 Straight Creek Drive, Dillon, Colorado, 80435 where it is
open for public inspection. The proposed budget will be considered for adoption at a regular
meeting of the Board of Directors to be held at the Dillon Valley Shop, 1414 Straight Creek
Drive, Dillon, on November 21st, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.
Any interested elector within the District may inspect the proposed budget and register
comments or objections at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.
